3. Premium Subscriptions

Subscriptions to our Pro Tier are billed monthly at $5.99. Subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Users agree to provide accurate billing details.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of abuse or violation of these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the live market data, API connections, or alert notifications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% accurate.
